It has been a long time coming. ?We had another client, after running the intel and recon on a rental in the Santa Clarita Valley, they had a notice of Eviction posted on their front door.
They knew the job was dangerous when they took it. ?I know there is no way that every base can be covered when approaching a rental. ?However, here is a video showing some of the things you can do to be prepared.
The Leasing Company I was not?familiar?with. ?Nor were Paris and I representing them. ?However, both Paris and I are re-thinking our position in helping renters find rentals and writing up the contracts on our end? ?Currently we don?t offer this service ? But I think we are going to have to step up for our Friends and Clients. ?We?ll keep you posted?
Bad people are in this world. ?My Dad used to say, ?Son, you cannot make a good deal with a bad guy?? ?True Dad, but sometimes the Bad Guys look like the Good Guys.
